Shipping Information:

Orders can be shipped to your home or your branch office. For orders that ship to your home via UPS, we charge a flat rate of $11.95. Please make sure the "shipping" address you use is correct and can receive UPS packages. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

If free shipping is selected. We will drop your order off at the Jackson, MI home office. Careline will then forward the package to your branch.


Most orders can take approximately 1-2 weeks to ship. During heavy sales times periods, orders may take 3-4 weeks. You will receive an email notification and the UPS tracking number on the day your order ships.


Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Please read sizing information available or check previously sold merchandise in order to determine the proper size before ordering.

Product that has been worn and/or washed cannot be returned unless it is determined there is a manufacture defect.
